I'm pretty much completely deaf in my right ear.
I have asthma.
I'm pretty sure i have some kind of anxiety disorder and i often suffer from anxiety/panic attacks.
I'm socially inept.

Depressive issues - diagnosed
Speech Disorder - diagnosed
might have bipolar, really feel i do
parts of Autism, not diagnosed, but i think i have it
