i take a shower, everytime i feel down. its somehow became the first thing i must do, because i couldnt really think cabt anything positive to do at that time. it really is somehow magical to me

I'll get tetchy & usually be unkind to those around me (not so good). Also, listening to music, doing exercise, taking a step back from the problem (most things aren't as bad as they seem at first). Also, throwing myself into work! (School work...I seem to be better at maths when I'm angry!)

actually, any of those choices can help you cope with stress. you can talk to a family member or a close friend about it on whatever thats stressing you out. good conversations can always help you soothe yourself a little. If not, there's plenty of other things that you can do. take a walk, go to gym and exercise, play games, read a book, hang with people, generally anything can help you cope with distress
------- life is precious and happens only once, don't waste it on negativity

i take a long walk, listen to some loud music then do some yoga-it's really calming :) i also write about it, ion personal blogs once it's out of your system you instantly feel better

i write music so i have a whole notebook of it and to cope with stress i pull out my guitar and play music. But when we were living with my aunt i couldnt bring my guitar so i would go out for a run. thats what helps me.

Going for a run, get your heart rate up heaps, is enough alone. BUT GET THIS. Go for a run, or jog whatever that gets your heart pumping, then while your still all puffed out, lay down with some music. It is, almost as good as an orgasm, I can tell you. Oh and for those that haven't experienced an orgasm, try that first.
