You don't have to make an issue of it at all. Just stop leaving the room when they are there. It is their choice, either find another place or put up with your presence. You just tend to your own business, you don't have to sit and watch or stare at them. Hopefully all of you are adult and mature and broadminded enough for all of you to just go ahead with your lives and do your own thing.
