I have Raynaud's.

Basically my blood vessels have narrowed and blocked the blood from my fingers, toes.
So I'm always cold, even in summer.
Right now I have a hot water bottle to try and get myself to warm up.
My toes are like ice, so are my fingers.
I'm also pale because of my condition.

I hope I explained that well.
I'm not suppose to have it because mostly elders get it.
I was told that I had it when I were 13.
I'm now 18 and I have to live with this for the rest of my life.
It may get worse.
I can take medication to help my Raynaud's when I'm older, but because I'm young It carries risks.

I'm unable to wear normal socks.
It has to be extra fluffy socks.

Have you heard of Raynaud's before?
Do you have Raynaud's?

I don't have Raynaud's, but we learned about it in my Anatomy and Physiology class.

My closest friend has it. She's always told me that she can't feel her feet, even at the beginning of autumn when it's just barely cold. It's scary when her hands just go completely WHITE.

And I know an aquaintance has it too.
And a guide leader (who is quite a bit older) has it.

I was told that I had a form of it. My hands get cold from time to time but my feet are always cold. If I can, I take a hot bath or shower at night. It does help, sometimes. Mostly I just rub my ankles and calves.
