138.00 per credit hour  

What's this mean?  I mean total credits for the course i'm taking during the summer is 3 credits does that have to do with it?  This is the first semester im paying for and confused on how much.

No, it means per class.
Mine would have been 117 per credit hour, and my class was 3 credits, but I would have only paid 117.

No, it means per credit hour. If  he/she are getting 3 hour credits out of the class you would be paying 414.

Fail. Per credit hour. Each class you take will have a certain amount of credits. One class might have 3 credits. So for a 3 credit class you would be paying $414.
