No, you need a host. A domain is your URL. Which is directed to your host to view your website.

You must buy a domain, I use dreamweaver quite frequently, and you have to buy a domain, or find a free hosting site, which are VERY rare.
just save it to your desktop so it's easy to find, i've always had to convert my files though, so make sure you do that, then buy the domain via paypal, and it should be up.
