years pass, and tom dies. jerry, confident from all the chases and battles he won from tom, finds another cat to have this silly goose chase with. he gets on the cat's head, and pulls his ears. expecting the cat to act like tom. however, in a moment, the cat's claws rapidly dig into jerry and jerry, having only a few seconds to live, thinks about tom. jerry realizes that all the times he felt like he won over tom, tom's been losing for him. the chases between him and tom were running through his mind like a film. tom was his best friend. jerry dies. he meets tom in the heaven. the first thing he says to tom is "try and catch me!" like the good old times, they run around chasing each other in heaven. do you guys like it? i just felt like writing a sequel to something so i chose tom and jerry.
