Guys are just weird, my god. My bf does the exact same thing (and weve bn dating for 11 months now.) I ask him why he sometimes doesn't want to hold and be near me, and he says that he's sometimes not in the mood to be all touchy-feely. So that may be it with him. Maybe when he doesn't have his arm around you, he's waiting for you to put your arms around him.
