It should already be installed on your computer if you have windows, otherwise it's free. (Use Google)

Just to split clips and join them? Your basic movie editor that comes on every computer these days...you don't need anything special for that.

What basic movie editor? you mean Windows Movie Maker. I don't really like it, I tried it once & didn't get my way around it

I need a simple movie editor where I can join/split either by using the size, like cutting only 400 MB or something. Or by time index, where I can cut from 00:10:08 to 00:19:10 for example.

Any program that can do that ?

Anything more, is pricey.

Sony Vegas is the shit, but your going to pay a couple hundred bucks for it.
