so i just ordered this from ebay and in laws in here u need to wear something to inform your special condition if u got one like medical id card in walled..however i choiced necklace....only problem is i cant get it off it has some kind off child lock so where u open these things? only need it when driving my motorbike if there has accident i dont want to wear it 24/7 thanks for help
