take it one step at a time. i have the same problem in a way, if someone makes you angry try not to let it show. take some time, close your eyes and count to ten (alot of people told me this and it helps) it helps to release the tension and just take it calmly. try not to hold grudges on people and learn to forget. if it was your fault then appologize, if it was them then just learn to forget and forgive.
