Are you dealing with teenagers? If so, youre only making youre job harder, the harder you try. They probably walk by and think "Hey, look, theres that one idiot kid again. It just goes to show ya (insert race here) are simply retards. I say back up, and try to fix things on a personal level, one person at a time. Just by getting to know them and trying to influence them. IF youre trying to change the whole mob, you wont have muck luck. Not many have that talent.
