Starbucks is pretty good with giving benefits, they even give them to part-timers (which rarely happens ever). Most jobs will have benefits for full-time employees though. If you are looking for part-time work you're most likely going to be out of luck. Have you had a job in the past? Why don't you get a job in that field so that you can have better pay (since you have experience)?
