I am filling out many different job applications for a bunch of different places right now.
at the moment I am working on Jamba Juice.
This will be my first job.

on the Jamba Juice application it asks what position I am applying for but  I dont really know what they are called. all it says on the website is Team Member.
Does anyone know what I should put??

And also since this is my first job I dont have any past work experience but I dont really feel confident leaving it blank on that section. I am currently helping out my boyfriend and his skateshop that he owns but I am not getting paid. Could I possibly put that as work experience but just as a volunteer??

And one last thing.
Who should I put as my professional referances??
I have no idea who I could put there..

someone help please!

For position you could just put "open" (which means that you are open to the idea of multiple positions). Most likely they just have a basic part-time position, so if you just put "open" it really isn't a big deal and you will most likely end up interviewing for cashier/smoothie maker.

You could put down your bf's shop as experience, as that just shows that you know how to work in the store, which is helpful. The point is to explain what you know, not necessarily how much you got paid, so I would totally recommend putting that down under past employment (just make sure to let your boyfriend know, so that way if Jamba Juice calls he isn't confused and says something like "what? No! She's never worked here!").

Professional references are people who know you professionally (i.e., people you worked with). You would most likely put your boyfriend down, or even any teachers (since right now your job is "student"). Anyone who can vouch for how good of a worker you are, those are professional references. Personal references are people who can vouch for you being a good person.

So when you're happy (Hurray!), or sad (Aw!),
Or frightened (Eeek!), or mad (Rats!)
An interjection starts a sentence right.
