You might see if your state's job service posts listings online.  In addition, check your local newspaper's website, and see if they list job classifieds.  Also, you could go look on places like careerbuilder.com, monster.com, and hotjobs.com, but if you're looking for a part time job, they may not pay off...

I've had the best luck with Craigslist, and have had no decent luck with Monster or SnagAJob.
