As you PSLs may have noticed, we've all been struggling with the sheer volume of eHelps recently. In order to best combat this The CBL, myself and Tavis have come up with a reward method for tackling the eHelps when they reach more than 10 unread. When this happens, if you respond to one eHelp you will get 20 points, respond to 6 and you get 150, and respond to 10 you get 225. The reason for the grouping together the eHelp responses is in order to streamline the points awarding system, and also so that number gets dealt with immediately. We ask that you start with the oldest eHelp that you can that's been unanswered by two people, and replies will be checked for quality. We are determined that the response quality for eHelp does not diminish, and any replies that are found to be lacking will be dealt with appropriately. We are all support leaders, and we all understand just how hard it is to sit down and reply to them. We're hoping that with these rewards you'll see that it makes far more difference getting to your next rank by this method than by posting! Please put the links to your responses in a message to The CBL and then Tavis will distribute the points when he is online. Perhaps this will work, perhaps it wont, but we all feel that you deserve the extra rewards for trying to help solve these problems. So from now on, if there are more than 10 eHelps flashing, this is applicable!! Post edited at 5:48 am on June 18, 2008 by Blank black

I still disagree that this isn't where the support should come from, but I think I'm outnumbered. ( )

I didn;t say they did it solely for the points, but they do need an incentive at times to sit down and tackle several eHelps.

I agree with Emma. Points aren't everything. No matter how many points people are offered, people need to be in the right state of mind to answer e-helps.

We know they aren't everything, but they're all the parties involved have the power to offer.
