I'm just going to say that you should be prepared for anything. I think it's probably better that you don't know your room mates rather then know them. I've lived with many of my friends, well, 4 to be exact. Out of those 4 I've only gotten a long or felt as if everything was going okay with one of them. The first one was only temporary but we kind of got tired of each other. The second one told me since I was only 17 that I wouldn't have to pay any bills just help out with the groceries and that's it. Then it turned out I had to pay most of them. Which I wasn't paying them my husband was. Then the last month I was living there I didn't even stay there the whole month but she wanted me to pay the rest of the electric bill. The third one, well, she payed half the rent and left her dirty clothes every where. She got to the point where we didn't know if she was going to make the rent the next month so it stressed us out. Then the last one she was the one we got a long with. But, I think things kind of fell a part at the end, but, not too bad.
It's just when you live with someone else you're taking the chance of fighting and not liking the things they do. You either get used to it or find somewhere else to live.
