i know exactly how you feel. i've had the same thing for about 3 or 4 years. except i'm a little further along than you... keep yourself around positive people. why are you getting stressed? if it's about time (workload etc) then maybe set up a timetable. negotiate your work hours to ease stress, if you can. and yeah, like omnislash said, get yourself off the meds and to someone you can talk to pronto. best of luck for dealing with this.
