I would encourage Porcelina and everyone else who has applied multiple times to refrain from feeling hopeless. I have received many very, very good applications so far which means that just because you are not picked does not mean you are not qualified or that your application was not impressive, just that there is one position open for which many people applied.

Emma, If a certain amount of points was required for the position, I would have listed it as a requirement. Though experience with LiveWire's users and interface is a plus for any position, a true quality application would not be discarded for a low number of points or status. I've promoted people to Support Leader with less days active than you based on quality and wouldn't be opposed to doing the same here, if it was truly warranted.

I also have to agree that Annastasia was a great Contest Manager and it's a shame to have to replace her but at least we can say that she is helping LiveWire in even greater a capacity, now, and other members will have an opportunity to serve in a leadership role on the site.
