It's better that way.  You don't spend as much money and you don't get addicted.  As sad as it is, I'm addicted to makeup.  

On the upside though, I've gotten very good at doing it on other people (as well as myself) and I've gotten a job offer at MAC.  I have no idea if I will take it though.  Really, they would just have to pay me in gift card form, and I don't know if I have enough room in my tiny apartment.

Wow, that's really awesome. I agree though, it's better if you never get addicted to makeup. lol. Though, I am  and have gotten better and better at through the years. (In that dinosaur pic I was drunk when I did that makeup.)

Please don't.  It contains an ingredient called bismuth oxychloride which can make you very itchy, and it generally isn't great for your skin.  They use it because it's a cheap filler.  You would think that the massive amount of money they charge would mean you're getting a quality product, but really it isn't.

I also speak from experience on this.  I used bare minerals for almost a year until I decided I couldn't the itchyness anymore.  Then I found Everyday Minerals and fell in love.  The makeup covers better and it doesn't have worthless crap in it.  Plus they will send you free samples (of which you get to choose the colors).
