"person with BPD may experience intense bouts of anger, depression, and anxiety that may last only hours, or at most a day." OMG!! I think i have that! i was diagnosed with depression but then i started to think it might be manic depression but the episodes are far too short.
I go through so many emotions in one day sudden anger then really depressed then strangely happy
