I'm actually not taking this very seriously.  If I'm online that means I'm bored and I needed to drag this process out to give me something to do for a few weeks.  Seriously, though, I think it worked out nicely.  And as for the term limits, half a year is a long time and there were honestly so many deserving applicants.
