Weed will make you more talkative, but like booze, you are liable to say something stupid. Not to mention you will look fucked up and reek of it.

If you're both smoking it's a great way to make friends. Other than that, I wouldn't recommend it.

If oyu get high yeah youll talk to people. I dont think you would talk to someone you dont normally talk to unless you actually wanted to talk to them tho. its not like getting drunk and bangin a fat chick, you will still know full well what you are doing.
