It's tough, but hey, you know that there are good points, right? You may not be able to think of them right this moment, but you know they exist :). Hang on to that fact... Try thinking back to good memories, instead of trying to think of good qualities... or otherwise, just try and clear your mind of everything :). Deep breathing did wonders for me or a nice warm shower. Depression doesn't disappear over night, so just stay strong, and over time, you'll find that you have less and less to be depressed about ^__^.
