Hmm, well I was diagnosed with DMD, the physical disability when I was 7, I was diagnosed with the other disabilities after I tried to kill myself four times and I had to get a psychological evaluation. 
Well then I'm sorry. You got dealt a bad card. The good thing though, is if you're able to overcome one of your worse (main) disabilities, a few of the others will vanish as well. 
No, that is simply not true, because none of the disabilities are related in my condition. 
Yes they are. Almost any one of those could have stemmed off the other, especially depression. If you were professionally diagnosed, you should know this. OCD and anorexia go hand in hand, for example. 
Are you seriously stupid? Anorexia is an eating disorder, OCD is when you need everything to be perfect.
