I am really a believer that age doesn't matter. But I think that really applies with the older you get. Like a 25 year old and a 30 year old, no big deal.

But at the teenage years, you go through so many changes and just a few years difference you are very different emotionally. I being a college freshman could never go out with a sophmore, because I am just emtionally not at the same level as that person.

But if you two feel that you connect well, all the power to you!

I am currently crazy for a guy who's 19, 5 years older than me. I also happen to know that he likes me back. I am much more mature than most people my age and consider myself at the same level as him, although sometimes he does feel weird about liking someone so young. He likes to pretend I'm 20, lol. But the point is, it's never seemed to me as if it should matter. I never really considered it at first. I do now and I still think it's okay. Age, whatever. We're just people. I like him and he likes me. It's really as simple as that.

My only problem is the other problems. ^^;

If both people were adults with a age difference of about 15 years max then I think it would be fine but at school you should stick with in one or two years difference.

age isn't just a number i feel like girls should stay in their age limit cuz alot girls are not mature enough to handle a mature man that's why i don't talk to girls younger than 18 and i like older women cuz they much more mature and i'm a real man so i kno i can handle them

Check out the wikipedia page. Dont know what its called but it has a graph on whats socially acceptable and how the age difference gets more lax as people get older. I personally had a five year age difference and it made me want to date people my age haha. But ya know, alot of guys are immature so girls go for older guys and blablabla.  
People just need to be able to sacrifice things, give and take, in a relationship. And that doesnt mean the younger person having sex because the older one is ready. .-.

But after like a difference of 5 years i think it is disgusting. and illegal. i mean im 15 i would date an 18 year old...

It depends, all ages change emotionaly and physicaly. Even a 14 year old going out with a 13 year can be diffrent depending on the persons lifestyle. So could an age diffrence suck as a 13 year old and a 16 year old be much diffrent depending on the personalites of the people? I'm not sure myself.

well i'm 14, and i've had 2 bf's both 3-4 years older than me
and we've worked really well
so i don't think it does, as longs as you're both comforable and happy with it.
