I downloaded Spybot Search and Destroy, Ad Aware, I ran AVG, I've tried everything, and I still have an unknown trojan

Can someone please help me, it's my new laptop, and I can't fuck it up, I would really appreciated it if someone could take me through it step by step, please.
I'll even give you points.

Crap AVG didn't even work.  Have you tried system restore?  I doubt that will work, but it could.

They're pretty easy to get rid of, first of all download a program called 'smartclose' which..yes, shuts everything down except from vital programs for the pc to work, so this includes the trojan virus file.
Then search google for what file to delete..search your system files and delete the file, because the program is not running it'll let you, if you try to do this any other time it'll say 'can't delete file as it is in use by program blabla'..got it?

That looks like those popups that tell you there's a virus, even when there's not, so you can download "antivirus software" that's a real trojan.

That warning looks fake to me.  Usually the computer tells you it has an error, it can't tell specially if it's a Trojan or not.

Scan your computer with an antispyware program.  But don't follow the link that error provides.

i agree with axie.
the fact that is said it's a trojan without telling you it's an error first is abit suspicious.

Ah, That is a bit odd. I have never seen an error like that one. Usually they come from your antivirus. This looks like it came from a popup. When it asks you to download something, that is a red flag. I would run AVG Free, and just check it out.

The pop-up message is from a rogue anti-spyware company. The process to get rid of "unknown trojan" is not too easy, but not difficult either. I've shamelessly copied the instructions from another website that should set you on the straight path.

Remove unknown trojan with SmithfraudFix:

SmithfraudFix is a free tool that S!Ri created to remove fake anti-spyware programs. It can be risky so we cannot guarantee the result. Please use it with reservations. We would never recommend to purchase anything unless it's necessary. That's why we produce this free removal process.

1. Download SmithfraudFix tool and save it to your desktop.

2. Restart your computer and boot into Safe Mode. If you don't know how to start the computer in safe mode, click here to read more.

3. Double-click on the SmithfraudFix.exe icon then follow the screen instructions. Option #2 should be selected in this case.

4. When you are prompted with "Do you want to clean the registry ?", simply answer "Y".

5. Reboot.

6. You should have removed unknown trojan from your computer. Sometimes it might take more than once to work properly. If SmithfraudFix removal tool does not work, which is in no-guarantee due to the nature of spyware, please refer to the manual removal steps above or purchase a legitimate removal tool if necessary.

(Disclaimers: These instructions are free and not guaranteed to work. Please use it at your own risks. We are not responsible for any damages.)

Source: PCHubs.com (visit this page for manual removal instructions as well)

Good luck! Feel free to PM me with any questions.
