okay. so my sister and her boyfriend have an extra room that they said i can stay in... the room is smallish and i'd have to share a bathroom with my obsessive compulsive (pregnant) sister!
my other option is to live at the Stay Lodge... which is a (fairly decent) extended stay hotel w/ reasonable monthly rates.
w/ my sister, i'll only have to pay $250/mo for rent plus pitch in for half on groceries, bills, cable, internet, and whatever else. it is, however, closer to my family... but way far away from work and i'll spend a fortune going back and forth everyday as i drive a pick-up truck (not the most gas-efficient vehicle on the market).
at the stay lodge, they'll charge $520/mo and that includes electric, water, trash pick-up, cable, internet, and pretty much everything. the Stay Lodge is wa-ay closer to my work and my cousin's wife manages there, so she can hook me up w/ some sweet discounts and there won't be a problem if i have to be a couple of days late on my rent.
so what do you think?
