hmm.. no i havent really ever done that.. except to teachers asking if i read this book or not..of course i would say yes.. but i really hadnt.. anyways.. sorry i dont know any tips to help ya out.. maybe.. kinda sounds dumb but who knows..maybe you can wear a hair band or rubber band on ur wrist and if you feel like lying lol pull it so it smacks you.. or make a promise to yourself that you will take something away for a week if and when you lie.. like uhh your computer rights or tv or something.. sounds kinda dumb but those are the only ideas i came up with!
