In what way? She could be a liar who wants the 13 year old she fucked to get in trouble. Why is everyone assuming she's an innocent victim? This should be investigated thoroughly. If he raped her, then fine, give him hell. If they had consensual sex, lock her up.
why would she tell her school counselor that he raped her if she's the one that raped him?
i doubt she would do something that stupid if she was guilty of doing something that horrible.
Maaaaybe she had sex with him. (consensual, but still rape) Then, she freaked out because she's religous and shit and got confused and convinced herself it was rape.
Even if it was consensual, charging someone with rape for having sex with someone a few months younger is total horseshit.

You know what this says: boys under 13 in Kansas should just start raping people 14 and older. It'd make for a good weapon. Find a girl who is mean to you and rape her. She has to suffer the dual pain of being a rape victim and being prosecuted for rape.
