thats the same with my sister... i find a like letter from her diary saying she has tried throwing up and stuff and i barely c her eat and if i do its unhealthy but yet shes super skinny... idk what to do either cuz i dont want her mad at me if i tell my parents

It would be pretty hard for her to realize because, she knows no one can control her, second of all, anorexic is hard a habit to break which most people prefer to do the easy way while they know they should do it the hard way... And What penguinsrule was saying... is quite true that the chances are she will go against you for talking into her about it.

Dont go running off right away to get help.
You will never get her back.
Just talk to her and try to comfort her and understand her reasons.
Dont fight her.
She needs to admit she needs help.
If she doesnt, tell her you will help her get help and if she cant do it, you are going to have to tell someone..
Just ease into the situation.
Dont act on your impluse.

i would just try and talk to her and if thaat doesn't help i would go and talk to her parents.i no this my difficult and your friend might hate you for this but later on she will forgive you because you were only trying to help her and thats the best thing a friend could do
