The Dark Knight is selling out in theaters across the united states 3 weeks before it's even released. It's selling eight times as many tickets as Spider-Man 3 did.

Spider-Man 3 set a worldwide opening day record of $117 million and a United States record of $59,841,919 for it's opening day, beating the previous record holder, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest of $55.8 million.

And The Dark Knight is selling eight times as many tickets than Spider-Man 3? sweet jesus this is going to be epic.

Top film critics who have already seen the movie say it is on par with The Godfather 2. If you don't know, The Godfather 2 is known as one of the best movies in film history. They also say that Heath Ledger's performance of The Joker is EASILY Oscar worthy.

Holy shit! I thought it looked good, but I didn't know it was supposed to be THAT good. I CAN'T WAIT! It would be so sad if Heath won an Oscar for that role and he can't be there to accept it. I better get my tickets for it soon, I want to go see it in IMAX.

I think after they accept it for him they should give it to his daughter.

I'm running to see that movie when it comes out. I've never even seen the first film, but it's Heath Ledger, man.
