ok so im taking a chemistry class right now for summer and its very intensive.. also,  i only have a part time job but i pay for my computer, my auto insurance, my gas, and my phone.. my parents refuse to help... and if i complain, they add on to my 'bill'

my chem class is really hard and its very stressful knowing you gotta pay for all these things..i had a panic attack a week ago and for a couple days afterwards i acted kinda crazy (i.e. laughing for no reason)

i got drunk yesterday but it only makes me feel like my situation is worse..

i feel incapable of doing well in chemistry but i do study!! my teacher makes the tests purposely hard so everything you knew about chemistry becomes almost useless.

i just want to do well and not be in debt...im so stressed with myself.. i want to help myself, i feel like i cant control my life at all :[

what do i do for myself?

Can you perhaps cut out something? - At-least for the moment until you can resolve things; I think that you could either do that or develop a good way to manage yourself and keep the stress low.

Is this class necessary? Could you perhaps cut out some expenses such as the phone? At-least for a while until you get more settled and learn how to manage things better. That'd give you something less to worry about.

Perhaps if you explain to your parents all the things you are doing plus the difficulty of the class and all the other factors they could help you, that could give them so perspective but as you mentioned before this isn't helping at the moment and they probably don't believe it or something like that. There's no much you can do if they refuse to understand... I'd suggest doing what I mentioned before.

Also try some relaxation exercises and things that calm you down, like inhaling and exhaling when you are stressed or having panic attacks, running, etc; sports generate endorphins and those are good for when you are under pressure.

Good Luck

Firstly, I think your chemistry class needs dealt with. I suggest you perhaps try having a word with the teacher, yeah? Explain how much stress you're under at the minute and how difficult you're finding things. The thing is, your teacher can't help you unless he/she knows that there's something going on. Honestly. You'd be surprised at how much help could be given to you if you just reach out and ask for it! Have a word with your chemistry teacher, hmm? At least try. Even if it gets you nowhere, you'll know that you at least tried to sort things out. If you try explaining that you're feeling really stressed and pressured and maybe even ask for some tips on how to deal with it all. All you can do is study and perform to the best of your ability, yes? Try not to get too stressed out if you're not doing too well - it doesn't mean that you're not studying, it just means that you need some help. Hopefully your teacher will be able to provide you with some useful tips for coping with the workload. Other than that, try to prioritise your time. Go to your classes and perhaps set aside an hour or two outside of class for study. Go somewhere quiet and calm that'll help you relax a little! Perhaps the library? Remember that nothing you're learning is useless. You're learning and that is absolutely never useless!

Other than that, maybe you could try reducing how much money is going out so that you're not so stressed? Only drive places that are essential, y'know? Save as much gas as you can and walk as much as you can. Use your phone as little as possible to save yourself some money. I know it's not the most ideal situation in the world, but right now you NEED to ease up a little on what you're doing. For your own health. It's the only thing you really can do, y'know? Again, I know it's not the most ideal situation in the world but sometimes life isn't all that perfect and easy. We just do the best with what we have, yeah?

Your parents sound like they're being a little unreasonable, and they don't sound like they'd be willing to listen to you if you tried to talk about things. Do you thin they would? Perhaps you could try having a chat with them and explaining how stressed out this is making you feel? I'm not sure what your parents are like and if they'll listen to you and offer to help you out a little and, if they don't, then all you can really do is prioritise and cut back on expenses wherever you can. Things are difficult right now, but they CAN be made somewhat easier. As I said, cut back on expenses. Have a word with your chemistry teacher about how to manage your workload and stress. Take some time out each day to study - away from everyone else, in a place such as the library. Also try taking some time out each day for you. Take an hour or so each day to chill out! Honestly, every little helps and this could really really help you relax and take some of that stress of the day away.

Try to remain positive, yeah? I know all of this is really difficult for you, but you CAN and WILL get through it! This chemistry class isn't going to last forever, for a start. That's one positive thing.

Most important, above all - look after you, yeah? If drinking made you feel worse then, quite simply, don't do it. Take time out for you. As I said, this is all so very difficult, but with a little adjustment and money managing you'll be ok! You'll do grand. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with asking for help - whether that be help from your teacher for chemistry, or help from your parents about managing money. Give it a go and see where it gets you, yeah? Good luck! And take care.
