It's not true hallucinations. Things just get... confusing. Your mind confuses what you're seeing and interprets it wrong.

53 hours now. I feel shit. Time to call it a day me thinks, oh, and it got very bad shortly after I thought I was perfectly fine,
blurrly vision, and constant nearly nodding off, not very pleasnt.
