Any hotspots that are unencrypted. There's really no difference.
EDIT: If you know the encryption key to a specific hotspot, then go for it. Otherwise, you really wont be able to tell which hotspot is the best to use. There is no specific "best" spot to use.

I don't know if you have it over there, but over here, we have some hotspots in places like petrol stations and service stations shit like that.
