I'd probably help her take care of the baby, but remind her to always wear a condom or I would eat her eyeballs.

edit; Okay, seriously.
I'd help her.  Make baby sit for her every once in a while so she can go out and not go crazy.  I'd buy her diapers, baby clothes/shoes, and toys every once in a while.  However, I'd remind her daily that she decided to have a baby, so she'd need to learn how to take care of one on her own, and that I wouldn't always be there.  

And I'd play with that little lump of clay for hours.
