Pixar movies tend to have better CGI then this, aside from the earlier titles. The motions aren't very fluid and the eyes and mouth look pretty bad. It's cool graphics for a game and a nice step away from Brown+Bloom = Real though

Your point? You also have stuff like "Emily" which although it won't be running on anything from this gen blows this game out of the water.

Realism =/= Quality. When technology advances to the point where Heavy Rain's graphics engine is considered obsolete it will look like a joke. In turn games with a more artistic approach to the design will hold up more.

Examples:
Donkey Kong Country vs Mario World 1/2
Mortal Kombat(All) vs Street Fighter(All)
And dozens of others.

I never said it wasn't a good looking game I said it was neither the best looking work of CGI(pre-rendered or "in-game") and I stated that realism isn't always the best approach.
