Well, obviously Two-Face.  

Then possibly Cat Woman, since now Bruce Wayne doesn't have anyone "significant" anymore and introducing Cat Woman would create an interesting storyline there.


OH! I also think they will introduce Dick Grayson, aka Robin.

And since the Joker is around now (and still alive), it would also be an interesting to finally be able to see Harley Quinn in the movies now.

Hangman.
A serial killer, who murders police officers on every holiday of the year, leaving behind a version of the children's word game "Hangman" (with key letters missing) with each new victim. All of the victims are police officers who, in one way or another, helped Harvey Dent rise to his position of District Attorney. In the end, the Hangman is revealed to be Sofia Falcone Gigante, daughter of the late crime boss, Carmine Falcone, who was in Batman Begins. the only problem with Hangman is in the comics, Two Face kills Hangman. PERSONALLY, i think they shoulda make number 3 about Two Face.
