So im on a diet in which im eating healthy and running as well as other exercise everyday.

The problem is i don't sleep well so im up half the night which is when i get the most hungry and find it really really difficult not to eat something. So im fighting the urge to have toast at the moment, how bad would that be or would it make a difference?

If it's just plain white bread, it's bad for you. If it's multi-grain, than it's a better than white bread.

It's bad enough eating in the middle of the night. You're not supposed to eat after 8 pm because your metabolism slows down and your body finds it harder to burn off calories.

And bread is something you should avoid if you are hoping to lose weight on a diet. It is packed with calories. But there are so many alternatives to bread you can have.
