Mine's Meteorology. It's something I wanted to do as a kid, so it's kinda like a gut feeling, and I think it's an interesting element in the world. Plus, I had fun in my "Science of Weather" class, and really had no issues with what we learned, though it took a while to get the hang of forecasting. And with my interest in Japanese, I think I'll minor in Japanese.
