gahh today i think i ate too much and it sucks because i just lost like 5lbs. i usually eat one meal and a few snacks but today i don't know if this is normal or too much... so for breakfast i had
two omlets with mushrooms and peppers
frosted flakes and milk
and then i had half a steak but i was still hungry so i had half a ramen noodle. now i'm like fucking bloated . you think i had too much?
