That is a really bad friend if she is stealing, abusing you, lying to you. Talk to her and tell her you aren't  putting up with her crap anymore and, stay firm. Start hanging out with new people

Maybe your friend doesn't even know that it hurts you when she steals from you and physically assaults you. You should try your very best to be firm with her. Perhaps in your bedroom with your parents in the house, for safety reasons. Just explain that her actions are unacceptable and that if your friendship is to work, then she needs to re-evaluate her attitude towards you.

Maybe she'll stop. Maybe she won't. You just have to be prepared for both outcomes, and you have to be prepared to part ways should her behaviour not change.
