any advice for a track runner?

Alright tracks gonna come up in a few months, I am a sprinter, in 100m, 200m , relays etc., does any1 out there have any advice on what to eat , or exercises to make you run faster? does those 5 hour energy shots work?

Just sprint a lot and work hard at practice. Get your form down also, it helps a lot. Remember to keep your knees high and your feet fast. Pump your arms. If your coach knows what he is doing he will help you with your form and tell you what you're doing wrong.
Also, stretch as good as you can, but don't overdue it.
