Help... my face is really broken out right now. It just seems to be getting worse and I'm 21 years old! :(
I had been using Klear Action, which is similar to ProActive, but I have decided to try something else. I switched to a Clean and Clear wash, astringent, and spot treatment.
Any suggestions on how to keep my face clear?

Depending on when you switched face cleaners your breakout could be caused from switching cleaners.

Go to a dermatologist.  I am currently taking accutane and it's working wonders.

For a start, do not over cleanse. I find that a mild scrub really helps clear your skin and keep it oil free, and I use the Clean and Clear shine control for that in the morning and at night. And always use a moisturiser under makeup as a barrier because makeup can clog up your pores and cause blemishes. Again, choose a mild moisturiser as your skin's natural oils are keeping it  soft as it is. Try one from the Nivea Young range. Or alternatively, rather than using powder, concealer or foundation, use a tinted moisturiser. Also, makeup wipes are bad for your skin, use a makeup remover for combination skin and always remove all traces before going to sleep.
Diet can also have an effect on your skin, anything oily including nuts and fried food and also cheese will encourage your skin to become more oily. Try taking a Cod Liver Oil Capsule and cutting down on oily food. The Omega 3 in Cod Liver Oil is very good for your skin.
And of course, not to mention, plenty of water, fruits and vegetables.

If the problem persists go to the doctor who may prescribe you a contraceptive pill as they sometimes have a good effect on your skin. If you're already on one perhaps your dose is wrong and that is the cause.
