why do you think that david coded a feature that makes mods have to approve images on external links...to prevent this EXACT situation....Whatever mod approved this image should loose their modness for either not knowing the rules, or choosing not to enforce them.

depending on the quality of such drawn people, yes it would come under the same rule. Art/picture/photographs of an erotic nature are BANNED from LW.

That was the decision made way back when...
