What do you believe there is about that picture that prevents it from being called art? What is it about this picture that makes it art? And who decides?

The difference between the two images, and between the strawberry orgy and the David statue, could be said to be clear and throbbing sexuality in one.

Regardless, to what is I am sure our collective astonishment, the people empowered to deal with and interpret guidelines get to decide. You don't need to bold "who" like it is some sort of gripping mystery. It is a matter of individual discretion constrained by broad guidelines.

Frankly I would just like to see consistency in the image approval system. If we're not going to allow this one then we shouldn't be allowing this one either. If we can't come to a general consensus about what to allow and what not to allow, perhaps we should just ban all pictures from the site.

Should we have just a total image review?  But wait, we can't.  Our mods have different opinions.  Its a flawed system.  Some people will get treated fair and some wont.  Whats the solution?  Because I haven't really read one in this whole thread.
