I know he's been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I've heard the survival rates are really low, but his mom apparently says his prognosis is good. Does anyone know if she's just keeping her thoughts up or what?

Pancreatic cancer is typically not curable, but rather treatable. They can slow the spread, but not stop it. And it's the most painful cancer out there.

There are no documented survivors of this type of cancer to date.
I have known this for a good couple months. I really hope Patrick is getting better.
