I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your mom, and it is totally acceptable to feel lost and sad especially if she was very close to you, which it sounds like she was. The best thing that you can do is what you're already doing, and keep doing it. Hold onto those memories of her, stories that the two of you shared, the good times and even the rough times. Remember the times of when she was there for you and gave you the support in things that meant a lot to you. Nobody will ever be able to take those memories of her away from you and if you keep them near your heart, she will always be with you.
