you think 14 is too old? <p> I am a 19 year old female student, I will be 20 in September. When my parents and me disagree, they hit me...hard. I'm not sure if this is wrong or not. Sometimes they hit me over stupid things. For example, moments ago I was being beaten and kicked on the floor by my father because I "talked back" to him by disagreeing that cat hair does not often cause diseases. Its possible that I was in the wrong, but I never swear at my dad, although sometimes raise my voice. I feel like leaving my home. I'm not sure if its the right thing to do. I am old enough, but I need his support . I have tried talking to him countless times but he is stubborn and believes me to be his property. <br>
