when someone tells you about their rough emotional life, you SHUT UP AND LISTEN! and you stick around. you dont just say 'yeah i care' and 'yeah i know how you feel' and drift away from the person slowly. you think people are stupid? they know what youre doing.

ive seen this shit happen to so many people, and ill admit it happened to me when i was much younger, but seriously, people wonder why so many people are miserable

what do you expect, leaving them in uncertainty and shit, especially when they really need help and have a lot of false hope, it drives them crazy
